Historic Brewery Space Available Again

The brewery space that in the past housed the Angel City Brewery is available again. In the well known Alpine Village Complex in Torrance, the 1,900 sq ft space is in the process of being cleared of extra walls and can be viewed by interested parties.
The middle 450 sq. ft. of the space has an 18' ceiling for fermentation tanks. The remaining space has a 10' ceiling. Natural gas is available. There are numerous floor sinks and floor drains. A 110 sq. ft. office is in one corner, and a 50 sq. ft. tool room is present also.
The space is adjacent to the Alpine Village Restaurant and a large parking lot, and there is the possibility for an interesting tasting room.
