Jim Klein talks about run down industrial areas.

Jim Klein of Klein Commercial Real Estate in Gardena wrote a concise explanation of why older industrial areas stay dilapidated and run down.
These areas are seeing breweries open, due to low rents. But the prospect of the areas getting better are not always good.
Thanks Jim Klein.

Informative article in "Drinks" - So You Think You Want to Open a Brewery?

Just a few pointers from an experienced brewer. But remember that there are over 3,000 breweries in the USA now, so don't be discouraged.
Thanks Collin!

City of Anaheim paves the way for many more craft breweries

My job as a Commercial Real Estate Broker just got easier in the City of Anaheim.
Thanks to Mayor Tom Tait and the City Council.

I found the following article in Anaheim that puts that city right to the top of the list for craft brewery locations. The city has removed the requirement for a CUP for a craft brewery, and also will allow breweries in not only industrial, but commercial areas also. This is a real game changer.

The Sarah Bennett also wrote about the change in the codes.
