You cannot host events, even small "investor" tastings, until all inspections are completed and your brewery is approved for occupancy of the public.
The most important consideration is this: once the inspectors get inside, they start looking at everything else. So now SLO Brewing has multiple red flags to deal with.
DON'T PUT THE BREWERY CART BEFORE THE INSPECTION HORSE.
