Cautionary Tale about Getting Ahead of Inspections

Cal Coast News published an article detailing how City Inspectors shut down an event at the new SLO Brewing Event Center to begin SLO Beer Week.
You cannot host events, even small "investor" tastings, until all inspections are completed and your brewery is approved for occupancy of the public.
The most important consideration is this: once the inspectors get inside, they start looking at everything else. So now SLO Brewing has multiple red flags to deal with.
DON'T PUT THE BREWERY CART BEFORE THE INSPECTION HORSE.
